API basic access request - no response

Dear Google Ads API community,

I have submitted API basic access request in this week, but I haven't heard back yet (the application says it will be done in 3 business days).

Could you please help us to know the status of this and if there is something I can do to get this access?

Without case id, no related email was received

I had similar issue with 838-367-5796 account, sent the request more than 3 working days, but no response yet.

No case id or email triggered, would you please help me on this.

I see that you have already raised this concern on another thread with the subject "API Center Test to Basic access request - no response received" and we have already responded there for this issue. To avoid multiple threads on the same issue, please take a look at that thread and continue the discussion on the same for further updates on the issue.

Is the compliance team conducting reviews? How can I obtain a case ID? I haven't received any confirmation email after submitting the application. If there are any aspects of my application form that do not meet the requirements, could you please inform me?
