Query Related to Domain Limit Exceeded Exceptions

Hi Team,

We have below 2 Scenario based Queries after reading the Domain Limit Exceeded Exceptions doc  

1. When the 11th Domain is added to Authorized domains then the Domain Limit Exceeded Exception will be seen for all the domains or only for the 11th added Domain-related API calls?

2. When the 11th domain is added then a message pops up for app verification. And App review takes at least 2 days to at max 6 weeks as per the app review doc. So after adding the 11th domain will the API calls immediately start to fail or will the API calls fail after a period of 6 weeks at least?
