Mobile PageSpeed Insights for secure domains

Is there any easy way to edit the code for Mobile Pagespeed Insights to check https URLs?

https://developers.google.com/google-ads/scripts/docs/solutions

The code converts URLs to http and my domain returns a 404 error because only https URLs are supported.

I think I figured it out.  I was using an earlier version that the platform was hardcoded.  On the new version I noticed that you could change the platform to 'desktop'.  That should allow me to get desktop results.
