ConversionTrackerId 179 returns no entries

Client has a conversion tracker that has system default id 179. But when I use get to retrieve the details of the tracker, I got an empty page with no entries. Can you advise on how to retrieve the information of the tracker?

Could you enable logging and provide the complete SOAP request and response logs for this request? Have you created these ConversionTrackers either in the UI or using the API? Please use Reply privately to author when responding.
