• You can use the method 'customers.uploadClickConversions' to upload offline click conversions into Google Ads via the API.

• Follow this section on 'construct the request' under the upload click conversions guide for the guidance on how to construct your 'UploadClickConversionsRequest' and set its fields to appropriate values.

3. Is there any example or documentation that illustrates how to use cURL for this purpose?

• You can use the 'Try this method' feature to call the 'customers.uploadClickConversions' method on live data and see the result. When you are adding the request parameters and the request body to this method, this feature will automatically generate a cURL command. 

Note that there are no differences in the method that you should use and the parameters to include in a request, whether you are using gRPC or REST to call the Google Ads API.
