Performance mismatch UI vs API

Our client is experiencing metric mismatch between what they see in UI and what we get from API. I have screenshots, logs and request info that I can send privately in email.

With regards to your concern, for us to investigate further about the discrepancy that you are seeing, Kindly note that Google Ads API mirrors the Google Ads UI. Meaning by using the Google Ads API, you can get and manage the data that you are seeing in the UI. Please also note that in Google Ads API perspective we need the complete logs to be able to further investigate. Please provide the needed information below:

• The complete request and response logs with request ID generated as shown in the respective?
• The full (not cropped) and non-redacted screenshot of the Google Ads UI data showing the discrepancy in the Google Ads API? 

This is for us to be able to replicate the data on our side and suggest you proper guidance.

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to the author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
