How do I get the conversion gender & age range?

Hi, just wanted to confirm if I am looking at the right thing.

https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v17/gender_view

https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v17/age_range_view

I have these two reports with age & gender data, but I wanted to confirm if these give the conversion data and not the targeted genders/age.

My concern stems from the field being under ad_group_criterion.gender.type & ad group criterion means that it's the criteria defined when creating the ad group.
