adwords api problem for help ('cURL error 35: Server aborted the SSL handshake)

I attempt to use adwords api , and configue adsapi_php.ini in home dir, but when I execute $ php examples/AdWords/v201710/BasicOperations/GetCampaigns.php

error occur:

 Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'GuzzleHttp\Exception\ConnectException' with message 'cURL error 35: Server aborted the SSL handshake (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)' in /Users/yuqilin/Work/google/googleads-php-lib/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Handler/CurlFactory.php:186

I search solutions in google but I still can not solve this problem, who can tell me what error happened?
