Awaiting Adwords API Standard Access

Hello,

About a month ago I applied for for Adwords API Standard Access for my company, and we have not heard anything back yet, positive or negative. We have contacted our AdWords representative, but were told there is nothing they can do from their end, and this is the best place to ask for support with our issue. The representative said our application was in the system, but has not been processed.

I would really appreciate any help with this. We can privately email you our account and submission information if necessary.
