Hi, 

I have submitted a request for Basic Access, but have not received any confirmation of this request. In this forum I'm reading that I should have received a confirmation email with a Case ID. I have never received any confirmation whatsoever. I understand that resources are limited, but I would very much appreciate it if you could have a check to see what's going on? Additionally, we have already been approved by your Colleagues at the OAuth verification team to use the Google Ads API scope. 

I applied under the MCC ID: 377-518-4607. I look forward to hearing back from you, and thanks in advance for all your efforts.

This is a friendly nudge that we still haven't received any confirmation or updates regarding our application for basic access. Based on the volume of conversations in this group that are experiencing the same difficulties, I can understand that the Compliance Team must be very busy. However, I would very much appreciate it if someone could have a look at our request, or at the very least give some indication as to when the request will be reviewed.
