How to get Auction Minimum bid at Keyword level

I need Auction Minimum Bid value at keyword level. Please help me how to get this information from AdWords.

Hi Sastry,
 
If you are referring to the minimum bid set for Target ROAS bidding, then you may extract that data from bidFloor field via AdGroupCriterionService filtered down to Keyword CriteriaType only.
