Approximately three weeks ago, I applied to upgrade my Google Ads Manager account token from test access to basic. Since then, I have not received any updates. A week after applying, I submitted a follow-up query, and a week ago, I received an investigation email.
Could someone assist me with this situation? My team is unable to proceed with our project until this approval is finalized. Is there any way I can get a status update on this process? I've checked my email (including the spam folder) and confirmed that it's the same one listed in the API contact information, but I have not received any updates from support or the application itself.
Additionally, I noticed there is no phone support available.
