Display Keyword Performance Report (DISPLAY_KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT) - does not match the Adwords UI

When I run the DISPLAY_KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT using the API and then match the same account number and date range in the Adwords UI they don't match with each other.

The UI basically says all cost is zero but the api report shows positive cost.

Q) Are the values in the UI automatically sampled when there are large amount of rows like for aggregation at keyword level might be having?

2. The complete report definition used to generate the report

3. The generated AdWords API report file

4. The complete screenshot of the AdWords UI report
