Request access to the AdWords API to use Generating Targeting Ideas

to AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum

Hi, I have tried several times to request access to the Google AdWords API but without success.

What can I do? I'm not sure how to move. I seem to respect all their requests. Any polish on this?
