Enabling API access

Hi,

I'm trying to enable API access for my account, which i need to use to get the developer token. It is a manager account (te...@yoptima.com). I'm trying the procedure given in the article: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/signup. 

In step 2, it mentions the point "

• Select AdWords API Center from the left menu and follow the instructions to apply for AdWords API access. You'll only see the AdWords API Center link if you've logged in to a manager account.

"

When i tried this in my account, i'm not seeing the option or link for Adwords API Center. 

See the attached screenshot for details.

Please help me with this issue.
