Hi there!

I am writing to inquire about the status of my application for a Google Ads API Token. I submitted my application approximately two weeks ago and have not received any response or updates regarding its status.

I have already reached out to the application team three times through the form (Contact Google Ads API Compliance - Advertising Policies Help) regarding this matter, and I would greatly appreciate an update as soon as possible. It is crucial for my team to obtain the API Token in order to work on our project.

Kindly note that our team can only provide support for technical concerns related to Google Ads API (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/start). With regard to your concern, please make sure to check the inbox and spam folders of the email address set in the API contact email field in the Google Ads UI's API center since that is used as the point of contact for the API Compliance team.

If you're still unable to find any emails, kindly provide your CID so we can share it with our wider team. Also, if there are any cases2 IDs generated on your end, kindly provide it to us as well. For reference, a cases2 ID has a format of #-#############. You may share these to us via Reply privately to author option.

Hi!

We are facing the same issue with no response from Google at all. It's been over 1 week since we've applied for the Google Ads Token Basic Access. I've opened several support tickets with Google and called their support with no luck on any updates at all. 

Our team can't work on our product until this gets approved. Is there any way I can get a status update on this process? I have not received any email updates from support or the application itself. 

I've also double checked our email and confirmed that it is the same one listed in API contact email. I've checked spam too with no luck. When I call the contact phone number, support transfers me to a number that is never available - i've called over 5 times these past few days.

It is very urgent that we get a response from Google ASAP.

Please let me know.

Regarding your concern, I really understand that you still haven't received any updates regarding your token application. Also, you mentioned that you already double checked your email, confirmed that it is the same one listed in API contact email, checked spam and tried calling the support numbers. Hi there,

Thanks for the response. 

My CID is: 175-822-2084

My Case IDs are: Case ID 7-0453000034386, Case ID 3-6052000034273, Case ID 5-9143000034014

Please let me know as soon as possible. I have tried to contact everyone I could regarding the application status - our team has stopped work while we are waiting for Google to approve this. It's very urgent.
