I am in my manager account but after filling application I am getting error "The user does not have permission to perform this action " can anyone help?

With regard to your concern, it appears that you encountered the AuthorizationError discussed in this document. However, to better check this and provide an accurate recommendation to address this error, it would be helpful if you can provide the complete request and response logs with requestID and request header that generated on your end. If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.

For privacy purposes, you can provide it via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsapi-support@google.com.

Hi Nada,

To agree to the Terms and Conditions in the API Center, the user must have Admin privileges. Can you please check the logged-in user's access level in the 'Access & Security' page in the UI?
