Adwords API (v201809): BudgetOrderService getBillingAccount

Dear Adwords Team,

I'm using BudgetOrderService to get list billings account but always return empty although I have setup.

This i my code:

$budgetOrderService = $adWordsServices->get($adWordsSession, BudgetOrderService::class);
$billingAccounts = $budgetOrderService->getBillingAccounts();

This is my billing setup.

Add more, I'm using clientId for session, not managerId

Thank you for reaching out. Can you confirm that you have followed the guidelines mentioned in this forum post? If so, can you please provide your customer client ID as well as the complete detailed logs of the request and response so that I can take a closer look?
