Duplicated ad structure

I'm using ad_group_ad endpoint to get the Ad structure of my account.

Due to the large amount of data, the response is divided into multiple pages.

Problem:

In version 14, there is an issue where ads are duplicated on two different pages. This doesn't occur consistently and was not present in version 13. I would like to inquire if there have been any changes in version 14 that may have caused this phenomenon.
