How through the adwords API Get the targeting reach impressions

I'm creating a campaign with the google adwords tool and I get more information than with the API use.

How can I get this information with the adwords API ?

It looks like you're looking for the Targeting reach information through the API. It is currently not possible to retrieve this through AdWords API.
