HTML5 upload ad meda bundle no longer returned

Hi there,

I'm fetching ad statistics through the ad_group_ad resource group: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v10/ad_group_ad

For ad type HTML5_UPLOAD_AD the media bundle was being returned through the
ad_group_ad.ad.display_upload_ad.media_bundle field, but trying again today this is no longer the case... 

Is this behavior intentionally altered?

For us to check the observed behavior, could you provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id, so our team can better check?

For the client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. Thank you for providing the logs which show that you are not getting the ad_group_ad.ad.display_upload_ad.media_bundle field. I am Carmela, also a member of the Google Ads API team.

Moving forward, could you provide complete logs (request and response logs with the request-id) showing that the ad_group_ad.ad.display_upload_ad.media_bundle field is returning and also a screenshot of the Google Ads UI showing the said field? I asked for these details to further help you address this issue.

Thanks for your response! 

The issue is that the field is not being returned through the API, so I cannot provide logs of it being returned...

I will privately send a screenshot from the Google Ads UI of an ad preview of an HTML5 upload ad from the previously sent response.

For anyone stumbling upon this ticket and wondering what happened:

The reason the media bundle is not being returned is because the ads in question are old template ads which do not have display info. New HTML5 upload ads will have a media bundle available.
