Google Ads Basic Access to Developer token Pending for a Long Time

Team,

It has been more than a week where I have raised basic access on my developer token for enabling Google Ads API. I have also raised my concern on the link https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api which is recommended by the support team for such cases but I have received no acknowledgement of this request over email neither I see any progress on it. Also, I have attached the screenshot of the request I have raised to the compliance team.

I have also attached my initial acknowledgement email when I requested for basic access.

This is impacting my business requirement deadlines, hence, requesting a prompt action on this in the right direction please.

Thank you for your response. As mentioned in my initial email, I have already reached out to the Google Ads Compliance team and still haven't received any acknowledgement or resolution so far.
