getHeadlinePart3 and getDescription2

Hi to all,

with new version of API (v201809) I started to use the function getHeadlinePart3 and getDescription2 for the ExpandedTextAd 
BUT I have some problems because the results are always "null" even if on the account AdWords for that ad there are both headline3 and description2.

How it is possible? Could someone help me?
