InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR when creating MultiAssetResponsiveDisplayAd in an existing Campaign

The issue just started happening today. Our implementation has been working without issue for months until today with no changes on our end. Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

I have not seen any other reports of this issue. Could you please provide your SOAP request and response through reply privately to author so I can take a look?
