INVALID_STRING_DATE_TIME_SECONDS_WITH_OFFSET

Date time is not uploaded getting exception like

The string date time's format should be as per google ad words doc tried all available format but unable to resolve the issue.

Thank you for reaching out. The INVALID_STRING_DATE_TIME_SECONDS_WITH_OFFSET error indicates that you have not set a proper format. Can you confirm if you used the format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss+|-hh:mm ?
