get-invoices code prerequisites?

Is the "Get Invoices" sample code at https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/samples/get-invoices?hl=en something which may be used in Development mode (rather than Production mode) once the default Basic Access is approved?

To better understand your concerns, could you please confirm that you are using the Google Ads API? If so, please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) and uncropped UI screenshots to further investigate this issue.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

If your issue is not related to Google Ads API, please elaborate on what exactly you are looking for. so that we can route you to the appropriate team. You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.

Please let me ensure it is clear: this question is asking what is necessary to use the API. It is a general question for anyone seeking access to get invoice information from the Google Ads API for their customers. For that reason further information would only seem to risk confusing the answer. (Additionally, the C# Get Invoices sample code does not seem to make a request the same way others do such that it may be trapped for obtaining the details should it have been specific to our scenario only).

Please advise as to what is generally a prerequisite. Thank you.
