I don't find the API Center tool

Hello, it was complicated but I finally have my MCC account, however now, I don't see an API center to obtain the developer token, how can I access it to request it? Thank you for your help

Hi,

After checking the Google Ads account (948-959-1148), I noticed that it is a client account but not a manager account. Please note that the API Center option is available only for the Manager accounts. You need to ensure that you are signed in with your Google Ads manager account then navigate to TOOLS & SETTINGS > SETUP > API Center. For more information, please refer to this link. 

With the below provided query, you can determine whether your account is a manager account or a client account. If the 'manager' field is retrieved as "false" it indicates a client account; if it's fetched as "true" it signifies a manager account.

SELECT customer.manager, customer.test_account FROM customer

Kindly get your MCC ID associated with this client account (948-959-1148), and apply for basic access or standard access. Also, I would recommend you refer to the Obtain a developer token documentation for more information.

Hi,

Usually you can find managers associated with a client account from the Access and security -> Mangers tab. But in your account '9489591148', I couldn't see any managers. I would suggest you to create a MCC account and link your client account to MCC account.

i already use this link to create my account, but like you said, that dont create a MCC account, then i dont understand...

Hi,

Please note that the API Center option is available only for Manager accounts. I recommend referring to this guide on how to create an MCC account and this guide on how to link your client account to an MCC account.
