About the manager account limit question

Hi Google Ads API Teams,

I have some questions that I am really confused about.

My Google Ad Account structure planned to do is:
Master MCC -> Sub MCC 1, Sub MCC 2, Sub MCC 3+ .... etc

To manage 50 or more ad accounts under each Sub-MCC, then through the Master MCC  Basic access with API to view reports from those accounts.

Q1. We all know the limitation is 50 for non-manager accounts that are less than USD $10,000. How about a manager account? How much Sub-MCC can I create under a Master MCC?

Q2. For the Highest amount of accounts total spent in a month, from the last 12 months, Does that count on just a single ad account or the whole MCC account total spending? And, how about Master MCC and Sub-MCC? Will it affect Master MCC too if one of the Sub-MCCs is over USD$10,000 to enjoy the 2500 active non-manager accounts limit or even Unlimited for spending more than USD$500,000?

There is no specific limit to the number of Sub-MCCs you can create under a Master MCC. However, there are some practical considerations to keep in mind. In general, it is recommended to create Sub-MCCs only when you need to segment your accounts for organizational or reporting purposes. If you do not have a specific need for Sub-MCCs, then it is best to manage your accounts directly under the Master MCC.

The account limit for non-manager accounts is based on the total monthly spend of all of the accounts in the MCC hierarchy. This means that if one of your Sub-MCCs spends more than USD$10,000 in a month, then the Master MCC will be eligible for the 2500 active non-manager accounts limit. However, if the Master MCC itself does not spend more than USD$10,000 in a month, then it will still be subject to the 50 active non-manager accounts limit.
