ACCOUNT_NOT_SET_UP error info

Hi guys,

We're using the CustomerService to fetch the clients of a user, but when we try to do so we get the "ACCOUNT_NOT_SET_UP" error.
The documentation only states `CustomerService cannot get an account that is not fully set up.`. 
Does this mean the user's account hasn't been set up correctly? Or one of his clients'?
And if it's one of the clients, is there any way to find out which client is the culprit?

Hi Tiana,

You'll encounter this error if the clientCustomerId specified in the request, or the account which is authenticated in the request if clientCustomerId is not specified, has not completed the set up process. Could you provide the complete SOAP request and response so I can take a look? Please use Reply privately to author when responding.
