Question 1: In the first row of data, impressions=3, video_quartile_25_rate=0.6667, can it be understood that the number of times to play 25% is 2?

Question 2: If the indicator (video_quartile_25_rate) is the proportion of 25% of the times played to the presentation, why is the video in these data_ The views indicators are all 0, shouldn't there be playback times?
