Hey,

i'm working for an agency managing lots of (2000+) accounts using location extensions.
We have to migrate those accounts to be managing their locations via gmb.

Our migration script is ready and has been working fine for ~100 accounts yesterday.
But today we're getting an exception when trying to create/upload a new customer feed:

Exception: [CustomerFeedError.MISSING_FEEDMAPPING_FOR_PLACEHOLDER_TYPE @ operations[0].operand.placeholderTypes; trigger:'Invalid ids: 7']

Based on this description: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-services-locations i think placeholderType 7 is absolutely correct and  the necessary feed mapping should have been created by adwords itself after uploading the new feed linking to gmb (step 3 "Create a new location extensions feed linked to your Google My Business account").

What's going on? What can we do to get that running again?

best regards
Frank

Hello,

The MISSING_FEEDMAPPING_FOR_PLACEHOLDER_TYPE indicates that the feed mapping for this placeholder type does not exist. Could you please share the complete SOAP request and response logs without redacting so I can take a look? You may refer to the README section of the respective client library for guidance on how to enable logging. You can reply back via Reply privately to author option.

Thanks,
