When i am adding a compaign it show the error BudgetError.MONEY_AMOUNT_LESS_THAN_CURRENCY_MINIMUM_CPC @ operations[0].operand.amount

Hello,

This error means you are setting a money amount less than the minimum CPC for the specified currency. This AdWords help page lists the minimum bid amount for different currency.
