Linking Adwords clients to MCC account using APIs.

I want to send invite link to the client using AdWords API in PHP. I have a custom web form which asks a user to enter details like name, email, customerID. And I want to send an invite to that user for linking to my MCC account. Is it possible?
If yes, please provide me the detail how its done and document links if available.
