Not able to create test account from test manager account

Hi,

I just tried to setup google ads api, after creating a test manager account, I tried to create a test account under it, however it reports below information:

To create new accounts, link an existing account

This needs to be a Google Ads account that

• • • has spent more than $1,000
    • has a history of policy compliance

Once the account is linked, you'll get access to account creation within a day

Kindly ignore the previous response.

To create a sub account while you are in your test manager account, Click "Accounts > click '+' > Create new account" and fill out the form. Any client accounts you create from your test manager account are automatically test accounts.
