IP exclusion via Adwords API

Has there been any update to the API that allows one to leverage the
IP Exclusion feature of Adwords? Also does any one know if Google has
any plans to expand the number of excluded IP addresses that are
possible from 100 to some higher number?

No, this feature is still not available in AdWords API. As for increasing the existing limits, you might want to ask on the AdWords forum. http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/AdWords?hl=en
