Adgroup labels issue

Hi support,

  We have some accounts that the adgroups have labels, we can see the labels in the UI, but can't get it from the api. We have tried fetching it from the adgroup resource the labels field and the adgroup label resource, both not work. Any idea?

Hi Dihan,

Thank you for posting your concern.

With regards to your concern, you mentioned that you can see the labels in the UI but you are not getting it in the API. Having said that, can you please provide the uncropped Google Ads UI screenshot showing these labels and the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end so that our team can better check and investigate this on our end?

You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
