Difference between AdWords scripts getCost() result and the total cost on report on MCC account

There's a difference between AdWords scripts getCost() result and the total cost on report on MCC account.

AdWords script getCost() result is 10000000 yen higher than the total cost showing on report.

The problem has occurred since last weekend.

- My code 

  var account = AdWordsApp.currentAccount(); // MCC account
  var stats = account.getStatsFor("20170701", "20170718");
  var cost = stats.getCost();

- Report

Downloaded from report management page.

All accounts on MCC account selected.

Does anyone know what's going on here?
