No response of Google Ads API Basic Access Application for Two Weeks

Hi Team,

I submitted the Google Ads API Basic Access Application back in Oct 14, 2023. But for more than 2 weeks, I've received no decisions, responses or even confirmation of my application. I honestly have no idea if my application has been properly submitted or processed or not. Please let me know how can I check the status of the application or is there anything wrong with my application. Thanks you.
