CustomerExtensionSettingService is not returning all extension settings.

Hello, 

We're using v201809 of the AdWords API and trying to get the customer extension settings via the CustomerExtensionSettingsService. We currently have 4 extensions for SITELINKS enabled at the account level and 4 extends for CALLOUTS. However, when we make the request for our account-level settings, we only get back SITELINK extensions, but not CALLOUT extensions. Is there any way we can get some help debugging this issue?

So I can further investigate, could you provide to me your clientCustomerId and the complete SOAP request and response logs that were generated when the issue occurred? You may send your reply via the Reply privately to author option.

Did you have any luck finding out what the issue was? I'm using the CampaignExtensionSettingsService and only Structured Snippets are being retuned, not Callouts.

We have not identified any issues yet at this moment. Our friend, Daniel has not written back yet, hopefully he can now, thanks to you bumping this thread. :)
