Hello -
Can you clarify when the developer token you used for these queries was created? I'm looking into it, but it's possible that, since the AdWords API deprecation notice was announced, we've placed limitations on the usage of the AdWords API for new developer tokens.

Just to clarify, have you resolved the other errors mentioned in this thread and are currently blocked by the streaming error with message: "Streaming calls are not supported while using the REST transport"?
