Google Ads API BIlling Error

I am receiving the following error when trying to enable the Google Ads API.

What is the best remedy for this situation?

Hi Colin,

Thank you for reaching out. Please try the following steps:
 

  1. Disable all Google Chrome extensions and ad-blocker

  2. Start Google Chrome in Incognito Mode

  3. Sign into Google Cloud Console and add the api from the api library
