Set Account Country Using API

I'm creating a new account using the API ManagedCustomer.
I found the methods to set name and currency code (\Google\AdsApi\AdWords\v201809\mcm\ManagedCustomer::setCurrencyCode), but not country.
How can I set the country using the API?

Thank you for reaching out.
I am afraid that it is not possible to set country using AdWords API. With this, I would suggest to continue setting country for Google Ads account in the UI.
Also, let me raise a feature request to my team, subject for review. For the meantime, you can follow our blog to receive updates and new releases.
