How to get the DATE & TIME / USER details of Change History using api

Hi,

We are trying to use Adwords Api to get the DATE & TIME / USER details of Change History.

Currently we are trying to get the above mentioned details using CustomerSyncServices, but unable to get required changes. 

Please let us know the appropriate way of doing this.

Please check out a related post where I provided more details on the use case for CustomerSyncService. Note that you won't be able to get user information for changes through the API.
