Thanks for reaching out. Are the attributes, ad_group_ad.ad.video_responsive_ad.call_to_actions
 or ad_group_ad.ad.video_responsive_ad.headlines use, useful for your case? If not, can you please provide us with a screenshot of the UI change you are referring to so we can file the correct feature request?

The fields you provided are from video responsive ads, but for video ads(e.g. Non-skippable in-stream ad), it also has Call-to-action, but there's no related fields in API.
