Setting up Ads API; Internal error encountered

We're trying to set up Ads Api to replace our AdWords Api reporting application, but cannot make any progress as all of our calls result in an Internal error exception with StatusCode 13. 
I've pared down one of the example queries to the bare minimum, but it doesn't seem to make any difference what we send, we just get a vague error message.

The GoogleAdsException we catch contains no useful information

Upon investigation, I was able to pull the report using your query in my test account. Could you provide your clientCustomerId via reply privately to author so I could further investigate this?

Hi Phillips

As a developer, I encounter same issue exactly with Ads API and found that this ticket is similar with mine. But no answer?

Was this issue solved?

Hello,

The result is that the login-customer-id and the customerId should not have dashes in them. Please make sure has dashes removed out of these IDs. If this is not the problem, then please start a new forum thread with your question. We can then work with you.
