To investigate the issue, could you provide the complete
request and
response logs with
request ID generated on your end to check if the API request encountered any errors that causing some of the members to not include in the customer list?
If you haven't enabled the logging of the API transactions for the Python client library that you are using, then you can follow this

If there is no error, then it appears that you encountered one of the possible reasons discussed on this
