Google Ads API getting Basic Access

Hello 

I sent a doc describing our API specification for reviewing process by the applying form for getting Basic Access to API 

MCC ID Google Ads - 953-003-1694

Can I ask you to help us to understand is there any issues we need to fix? the reason I'm asking, we haven't gotten any letters yet.
