Adwords ReportDownload Issue for v201702

We've recently noticed an issue where we are getting back blank reports, possibly related to other users ReportDownload errors.

When running the following AWQL report request to v201702 we're getting a blank report returned. No actual errors reported, just a report with empty data rows. I have confirmed that we had campaigns that meet the conditions with clicks, impressions, and cost, but can't get the report to go send data back.

SELECT CampaignId, CampaignName, CampaignStatus, Clicks, Impressions, Cost FROM CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT WHERE CampaignStatus != 'REMOVED' AND Impressions > 0 DURING 20170327,20170402

Anybody have any suggestions, or see anything I'm doing wrong?

I've started experiencing this today (not sure when it started - I know there was an issue recently with the report_downloader). We're using 'v201702' too, and suddenly empty reports with no errors. 

I find it strange as this client's account has data for every other day bar the dates I'm running today, for example they have data for the whole of March but not 6th - this is across all of their adword accounts. I've been running for April and we don't get any data for 1st but we do get data for 2nd on wards.
