Is there an API for generating description prompts based on your site and existing ads?

With regards to your concern, you can use ad_group_ad report with description field. Let me know if this what you are looking for. If not, can you please provide customer ID along with full screen screenshot of the UI so that i can further investigate the issue? Please reply via privately author option.

Moving forward, upon checking your last email. I've noticed that you have not seen my colleague "Carmela" response to you. With this, allow me to reiterate again on what my colleague response to you. "upon further checking, I am afraid that it appears that this is not currently supported in the Google Ads API. That being said, could you send us your use case why you want to retrieve this information with the Google Ads API so we can raise a feature request for this?"
