Basic access of Google ads API

Hi Support,  

I submitted a request for basic API access through this form on 2023/08/03, and it's been over a week now, but I still haven't received a response.  

I have sent an email through "Contact us" but received no response.

Could you help me find out where the problem is?

And this is my MCC: 962-979-8952

And we only request Google ads reports access.

Please help me check. Thanks
